All orders placed under Milliken's Sourcewell Contract are subject to 3) Unless stated otherwise in proposal, the following exclusions apply: Major floor prep and leveling; Hoisting; Handling electronic equipment (including but not limited to computers, telephones, and personal belongings); Permits, Payment and performance bonds; Floor and equipment protection; Long-term storage of materials; and asbestos identification, testing, and abatement. If materials are suspected to contain asbestos during work, all work will immediately stop and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to conduct testing and abatement.
