Second Reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 07-26 amending Title 17 of the Orange Municipal Code to comply with State law regarding Residential Care Facilities (Health and Safety Code Sections 1267.16 and 1500-1569.889)
2. SUMMARY
The Introduction and First Reading of the above-entitled Ordinance was approved at a Regular Council Meeting on May 26, 2026.
The Ordinance is now presented for Second Reading by title only, and adoption.
