Second Reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 04-26 adding Chapter 8.38 to the Orange Municipal Code relating to the maintenance and security standards for unoccupied or abandoned properties

The Introduction and First Reading of the above-entitled Ordinance was approved at a Regular Council Meeting on June 23, 2026.
The Ordinance is now presented for Second Reading by title only, and adoption.
Vote at First Reading: AYES: Barrios, Dumitru, Tavoularis, Gutierrez, Gyllenhammer, Slater
NOES: None
ABSENT: Bilodeau
