Second Reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 13-26 amending Chapter 12.48 of the Orange Municipal Code pertaining to parks to update sections related to smoking and vaping
2. SUMMARY
The Introduction and First Reading of the above-entitled Ordinance was approved at a Regular Council Meeting on July 28, 2026.
The Ordinance is now presented for Second Reading by title only, and adoption.
Vote at First Reading: AYES: Bilodeau, Tavoularis, Gyllenhammer, Slater NOES: Barrios
ABSENT: Dumitru, Gutierrez
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Adopt Ordinance No. 13-26.
