RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends the City Council accept the subject property easement dedication associated with a portion of APN 378-030-29T totaling ‡ 10,649 SF. The offer of dedication is being made by the Kings Canyon Unified School District (KCUSD) for the purposes of a water main easement.
