7:00 PM - SPECIAL MEETING
A. CALL TO ORDER/ ROLL CALL
Mayor Fay called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and City Manager Biggs called the roll. All Councilmembers were present.
B. OPEN SESSION IDENTIFICATION OF CLOSED SESSION MATTERS City Attorney Wolff identified the Closed Session Matter.
C. PUBLIC COMMENTS REGARDING CLOSED SESSION MATTERS
There were no members of the public wishing to speak.
D. CLOSED SESSION
1. CLOSED SESSION CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSELANTICIPATED LITIGATION - Initiation of litigation pursuant to paragraph (4) of subdivision (d) of Government Code Section 54956.9 (1 potential case) E. OPEN SESSION REPORT REGARDING CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Wolff announced that there was no reportable action.
F. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at approximately 10:00 P.M.
