5:30 PM - SPECIAL MEETING
A. CALL TO ORDER/ ROLL CALL
Mayor Fay called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. and City Manager Biggs called the roll. All Councilmembers were present except Councilmember Kosla due to an excused absence.
B. OPEN SESSION IDENTIFICATION OF CLOSED SESSION MATTERS Mayor Fay identified the Closed Session Matters.
C. PUBLIC COMMENTS REGARDING CLOSED SESSION MATTERS
There were no members of the public wishing to speak.
