CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION MINUTES
6:30 PM - SPECIAL MEETING
A. CALL TO ORDER/ ROLL CALL
Mayor Miller called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. and City Manager Biggs called the roll. All Councilmembers were present.
OPEN SESSION IDENTIFICATION OF CLOSED SESSION MATTERS
The Closed Session Matters were identified.
C. PUBLIC COMMENTS REGARDING CLOSED SESSION MATTERS
D. CLOSED SESSION
A. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS. Pursuant to
Government Code Section 54957.6 - Conference with the City's designated labor negotiators, David Biggs (City Manager), Doug Alessio, (Assistant City Manager/ASD), Ginger Staton (Human Resources Manager), to review the City's position and instruct the City's designated representatives regarding negotiations all bargaining units.
E. OPEN SESSION REPORT REGARDING CLOSED SESSION
There was no reportable action.
F. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at approximately 7:00 P.M.
