CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION MINUTES
6:00 PM - SPECIAL MEETING
A. CALL TO ORDER/ ROLL CALL
Mayor Miller called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and City Manager Biggs called the roll. All Councilmembers were present.
OPEN SESSION IDENTIFICATION OF CLOSED SESSION MATTERS
The Closed Session Matters were identified.
C. PUBLIC COMMENTS REGARDING CLOSED SESSION MATTERS
There was one person who spoke in person and one written communication received from Nick Waranoff.
D. CLOSED SESSION
A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL -- EXISTING LITIGATION.
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), conference with Legal Counsel regarding existing litigation: ORINDANS FOR SAFE EMERGENCY EVACUATION v. City of Orinda, Contra Costa County Superior Court Case No. N23-0579.
E. OPEN SESSION REPORT REGARDING CLOSED SESSION
There was no reportable action.
F. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at approximately 7:00 P.M.
