CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Subject: Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(d)(2) relating to five claims submitted to the City of Orinda by Goodfellow Brothers Inc. pursuant to Public Contract Code section 9204 and arising from the 2023 Annual Pavement Rehabilitation Project (City Project No. 4171) (one potential case).
