CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Mayor Reynolds opened the meeting at 6:00pm

PRESENT: Council Members - Art Hatley, Janet Goodson, Krysi Riggs, David Pittman, Eric Smith, Vice Mayor Scott Thomson, Mayor Chuck Reynolds
STAFF PRESENT: City Administrator Bill LaGrone, Assistant City Administrator Ruth Wright, Assistant City Clerk Jackie Glover, City Attorney Scott Huber
2. Pledge of Allegiance - Led by Mayor Reynolds
3. Adoption of Agenda -Motion by Council Member Smith and second by Council Member Goodson to adopt the agenda. Motion passed.

PUBLIC HEARING
1. FOURTH PUBLIC HEARING TO RECEIVE PUBLIC INPUT ON AND PROVIDE INPUT
REGARDING THE COMPOSITION OF POTENTIAL COUNCIL MEMBER ELECTION
DISTRICT BOUNDARIES
The Council held a public hearing to receive public input on and provide input regarding the composition of potential Council Member election district boundaries.
Vice Mayor Thomson announced that he had to leave for a prior commitment with work and left the meeting at 6:58pm.
Motion by Council Member Goodson and second by Council Member Pittman to adopt Draft Map 29 as the map. Motion passed

NOES: None
