4. Adoption of Agenda - Motion by Council Member Smith and second by Council Member Goodson to adopt the agenda.

3. Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8, the Council met with Real Property Negotiators, City Administrator and City Attorney, regarding the property commonly known as 225 Chuck Yeager Way, Oroville, CA 95965.
