Mayor Reynolds called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM
1. PRESENT: Council Member Art Hatley, Janet Goodson, David Pittman, Krysi Riggs, Eric Smith, Vice Mayor Scott Thomson (1:03pm), Mayor Chuck Reynolds
2. STAFF PRESENT: City Administrator Bill LaGrone, Program Specialist Jordan Daley, Human Resource Manager Liz Ehrenstrom
3. Pledge of Allegiance - Led by Mayor Reynolds
4. Adoption of Agenda - Motion by Council Member Pittman and seconded by Council Member Smith to adopt the agenda. Motion passed.
