CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Mayor Reynolds called the meeting to order at 11:30 a.m.
1. Roll Call Present: Council Member Art Hatley, Janet Goodson, Eric Smith, Krysi Riggs, David Pittman, Vice Mayor Scott Thomson, Mayor Chuck Reynolds.
2. Pledge of Allegiance - Led by Mayor Reynolds
3. Adoption of Agenda - Motion by Council Member Smith and seconded by Council Member Goodson to adopt the agenda with an amendment to correct Regular Business to Closed Session. Motion passed unanimously.
AYES: Hatley, Smith, Pittman, Goodson, Riggs, Thomson, Reynolds NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
CLOSED SESSION
1. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957(b), the Council met with the City Administrator and the Personnel Officer related to the following positions: Police Chief and City Administrator
2. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957(b), the Council met with Acting City Administrator, Personnel Officer, and/or City Attorney to consider the evaluation of performance related to the following position: City Administrator/Interim Police Chief Closed Session Announcement: Mayor Reynolds announced that direction was given; no action was taken.
