CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Mayor Reynolds opened the meeting at 10:00 AM.

1. WARMING / COOLING CENTER OPERATIONS
The Council approved the one-year agreement with the Oroville Rescue Mission to provide warming and cooling services for fiscal year 2022/2023 not to exceed $20,000
3. CONSIDER AND APPROVE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH KOFF &
ASSOCIATES TO CONDUCT A NATIONWIDE SEARCH FOR A CITY ADMINISTRATOR The Council adopted Resolution No. 9118 - A RESOLUTION OF THE OROVILLE CITY
COUNCIL AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
WITH KOFF AND ASSOCIATES TO CONDUCT A NATIONWIDE SEARCH FOR A CITY
ADMINISTRATOR
2. CONSIDER AND ADOPT THE UPDATED SALARY SCHEDULE FOR CITY
ADMINISTRATOR
The City Council considered and adopted the updated salary schedule and the City Administrator Motion by Council Member Goodson and seconded by Council Member Riggs to approve Salary Schedule for City Administrator. Motion passed.

REGULAR BUSINESS
4. EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF OROVILLE AND BILLY LAGRONE The Council considered an employment agreement between the City of Oroville and Billy LaGrone for the position of Chief of Police for the City of Oroville.
Motion by Council Member Smith and second by Council Member Goodson to Adopt Resolution No. 9119 - A RESOLUTION OF THE OROVILLE CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF OROVILLE AND BILLY LAGRONE TO SERVE AS THE CHIEF OF POLICE - (Agreement No. 1969-11). Motion passed.
