1. Mayor Pittman called the meeting to order at 8:04am.
2. PRESENT: Roll Call: Council Members: Tracy Johnstone, Krysi Riggs, Scott Thomson, Janet Goodson, Shawn Webber, Vice Mayor Eric Smith, and Mayor David Pittman
3. Pledge of Allegiance - Led by Council Member Riggs
4. Adoption of the Agenda - Motion by Council Member Goodson and seconded by Council Member Smith to adopt the agenda. Motion passed

CLOSED SESSION
1. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957(b), the Council met with the the Personnel Officer and City Attorney related to the following positions: City Administrator, Assistant Police Chief, Assistant Community Development Director
2. Announcement from closed session - Mayor Pittman announced that direction was given; no action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Council Member Johnstone and second by Council Member Riggs to adjourn the meeting.
Motion passed. Mayor Pittman adjourned the meeting at 11:54 a.m.
