1. SWEARING IN CEREMONY FOR NEWLY ELECTED CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS The City Council and Assistant City Clerk conducted a Swearing-In Ceremony for the newly elected City Council Members.
2. APPOINTMENT OF VICE MAYOR FOR 2025
The Council selected Eric Smith to remain as Vice Mayor of the Oroville City Council for 2025 by the following vote:

The Mayor made these assignments, and the Council approved the suggestions by the following vote:
