1. CONSIDERATION OF A LETTER OF SUPPORT FOR CALIFORNIA WATER’S SERVICE
PFAS COMPLIANCE PROGRAM APPLICATION
The City Council approved a Letter of Support for California Water Service Company’s (Cal Water) PFAS Compliance Program application currently before the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) in Application 25-06-001 and authorized the Mayor to sign by the following vote:
