Dear Mayor and Council Members,
Looks like Aaron Starr is at it again and meddling in things that he has no business in.
This time he is sticking his nose into Riverpark, a neighborhood he does not live in or own property in. According the VC Star article published about it, he said friends came to him asking for help? Who? What are there names?? I wonder if they even exist. If he means Tai Hartley I heard she doesnt even live in Oxnard anymore! Imagine if she won city council seat the 4 times shes run for office - she just split town in the end anyways! It sounds like you have no choice and your hands are tied on his initiatives getting placed on the ballot. As a lifelong Oxnard resident I am begging you to educate the citizens of Riverpark that if these are voted in they will 100% be destructive to their gem of a neighborhood. And educate the REST of the city to know that we should NOT be picking up the tab for ANY extra things or services that will go away with Starr's ballot items. Once again he's tricking the voters - only this time he only needs to trick a few not the whole city! Joe Guzman
