I represent Elsa Wright for a permit she is trying to get, it has taken over a year. We tried to make one change to get the plans according to what would be acceptable, and we were told we had to wait 8 weeks and could not make change to one sheet. Every month my client has a vacant property.
I am not sure you can sense our frustration which is heating up. What is the solution? What do we need to do? I will not speak today, but I do expect an answer to this question please.
