RECOMMENDATION: 1. That the Board of Directors of the Oxnard Financing Authority adopt a resolution authorizing proceedings and agreements relating to the refinancing of the City Wastewater System Improvements and Authorizing Official Actions, and
2. That the City Council:
a) Adopt a resolution approving and authorizing the issuance and sale of 2025 Wastewater Revenue Refunding Bonds in an amount not to exceed $55,000,000; and b) Authorizing execution of an Indenture of Trust; and c) Authorizing the execution of and approving related agreements required in connection therewith; and
d) Authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transaction contemplated by the resolution.
