RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of the Parking Authority authorize the Chairperson to execute an Exclusive Negotiation Agreement with JB Jonesboro, LLC regarding the Parking Authority-owned parcels between West 5th and West 6th Streets and South B and South C Streets, APNs: 202-0-103-025, 202-0-103-185, 202-0-103-145, and 202-0-103-205.
