NOTICE OF COMPLETION
CITY OF PACIFICA
SERRA DRIVE OUTFALL REPAIR PROJECT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California, by Segundo S. Bautista, City Engineer of the City of Pacifica, California, that the contract awarded to Sandstone Environmental Engineering, Inc. on July 7, 2021, has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications for said work filed with the City Clerk, and approved by the City Council of said City.
That said work and improvements were actually completed on the 23rd day of November 2021 and that acceptance of completion of said work was ordered by the City Council of said City, adopted on the 10th day of January 2022, and that the name of the surety on the contractor's bond for labor and materials on said project is Great Midwest Insurance Company.
That said work consisted of the construction of a reinforced concrete spillway, headwall, wingwall, grouted riprap, and 15-inch diameter storm drain outfall pipe.
