As neighbors to the proposed development several of us attended the January 18, 2022 Planning Commission meeting by Zoom, and sent in written comments regarding our concerns including, drainage, lot coverage, development height, and other pertinent concerns. Although we appreciate the staffs work on this development, many of our questions and concerns were not addressed at the hearing.
In our appeal, we will be asking the City Council to overturn the approval issued by the Planning Commission. We may be asking staff for additional information in preparation for our appeal.
Enclosed is our fee of $523 as requested to appeal this decision.
