My property at • is directly down slope in the canyon where the homes at 680, 690, 700, 710, 720, & 722 Talbot Ave. presently drains their water. That water along with natural water in the canyon during rainy season enters a culvert on my property behind my back yard. In 1983 before the above mentioned homes on Talbot ave. were built there was an earth movement called THE MOANA SLOPE FAILURE that severely damaged 783 Moana Way & the culvert behind my property ran full with water.
The last 48 years I have lived here and water has run consistently in the culvert on my property. The culvert was borderline to over flowing in 1983 and the above mentioned properties on Talbot Ave. didn't exist then. I am very concerned that my property could be looded if the culvert goes above the height it was at in 1983.
This written correspondence is being delivered to the city at the public hearing on Monday March 14 7:00 P.M. at the council chamber 2212 beach bivd. Pacifica Ca.
