NOTICE OF COMPLETION
CITY OF PACIFICA
FOR THE FRONTIERLAND PARK DRAINAGE & WALKWAY IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California, by Segundo S. Bautista, City Engineer of the City of Pacifica, California, that the contract awarded to Dryco, Inc.on July 6, 2021, has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications for said work filed with the City Clerk, and approved by the City Council of said City.
That said work and improvements were actually completed on the 10th day of September 2021 and that acceptance of completion of said work was ordered by the City Council of said City, adopted on the 11th day of July 2022, and that the name of the surety on the contractor's bond for labor and materials on said project is Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America.
That said work consisted of the installation of an asphalt pavement along the pedestrian walkway, subsurface drainage improvements, resurfaced basketball court including new striping, and the addition of new striping for a pickleball court.
