TASK ORDER NO. 2
CITY OF PACIFICA
AND
SMITH EMERY SAN FRANCISCO
SECTION 1 – PURPOSE
The purpose of this Task Order is to authorize and direct Smith Emery San Francisco to proceed with the work specified in SECTION 2 below, in accordance with the provisions of the Master Agreement for Consultant Services between the City of Pacifica (“CITY”) and Smith Emery San Francisco (“CONSULTANT”) hereto dated November 8, 2021 (“MASTER AGREEMENT”)
SECTION 2 – SCOPE OF WORK
The items authorized by this Task Order are presented in Attachment “A” – Scope of Services,which is attached hereto and incorporated by this reference.
SECTION 3 – COMPENSATION AND PAYMENT
Compensation shall be as provided in the MASTER AGREEMENT. Compensation for services as set forth in SECTION 2 shall be as set forth in Attachment “B” – Compensation, which is attached hereto and incorporated by this reference. Total compensation for all services provided under this Task Order shall not exceed Ten-Thousand Six-Hundred and Ninety-Four and Sixty-Five Cents ($10,694.65) (“Cost Ceiling”).
SECTION 4 – TIME OF PERFORMANCE
The services described in SECTION 2 of this Task Order shall be completed by December 16, 2022 or as extended in writing by the City Manager.
SECTION 5 – ITEMS AND CONDITIONS
All terms and conditions contained in the MASTER AGREEMENT are incorporated by reference and remain in full force and effect.
