NOTICE OF COMPLETION
CITY OF PACIFICA
COLLECTION SYSTEM PROJECTS FY 2020-2021 SACRAMENTO EASEMENT (C005I) PROJECT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California, by Segundo S. Bautista, City Engineer of the City of Pacifica, California, that the contract awarded to EPS Inc. dba Express Plumbing on August 11, 2021, has been completed in accordance with the bid documents for said work filed with the City Clerk, and approved by the City Council of said City.
That said work and improvements were actually completed on the 18 th day of
July 2022 and that acceptance of completion of said work was ordered by the City Council of said City, adopted on the 22nd day of August 2022, and that the name of the surety on the contractor's bond for labor and materials on said project is Ohio Casualty Insurance Company of New Hampshire.
That said work consisted of the construction of new sewer line, sewer line rehabilitation, new manhole and supporting work.
