RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Move to approve the minutes of the City Council Special Meeting held on July 11, 2022, the City Council Regular Meeting and Adjourned Special Meeting held on July 11, 2022, and the City Council Regular Meeting held on August 8, 2022.

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
At the City Council meeting held on August 22, 2022, the City Council directed staff to review the draft minutes of the Special Meeting held on July 11, 2022 and bring back to Council for review and approval. Staff has reviewed those minutes and made minor edits based on the audio recording of the meeting to provide additional detail and clarity. The draft minutes of the Regular Meeting and Adjourned Special Meeting are attached with no changes for Council's consideration for approval. Subsequently, draft minutes of the Regular Meeting held on August 8, 2022 have been prepared and are attached for Council's consideration for approval.
Move to approve the minutes of the following meetings:
(1) City Council Special Meeting held on July 11, 2022 (Attachment A); (2) City Council Regular Meeting and Adjourned Special Meeting held on July 11, 2022 (Attachment B);
(3) City Council Regular Meeting held on August 8, 2022 (Attachment C).
