SIDE LETTER AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF PACIFICA
AND
DEPUTY FIRE CHIEF CHUCK POMICPIC
AND PARAMEDIC COORDINATOR MATT POWERS
As you are aware, as of October 1, 2022, the affected employees of this side letter disclaimed interest in Teamsters Local 350 which is consistent in the City's desire to move the Deputy Fire Chief and Paramedic Coordinator to the Unrepresented Management and Confidential Employees Group.
Effective OCTOBER 24, 2022, the City shall incorporate by way of a side letter the following:
The City shall provide for the affected employees of this side letter to include 7.5% Holiday Pay.
It is further understood that the affected employees of this side letter shall be subject to compensation, benefits, and specific language as provided currently within the Unrepresented Management and Confidential Employees Group while retaining any specific public safety language and benefits provided within the Management Employees Teamsters Local 350.
If the foregoing is in accordance with your understanding, please indicate your approval and acceptance in the space provided below.
