Revocation of Seaweed Holistics, LL's Cannabis Activity Permit DESCRIBE GROUNDS FOR APPEAL:
The Planning Commission's inequitable decision to revoke the Cannabis Activity Permit was based on a misapplication of the City's storefront window glazing ordinance/requirements. The project's existing window glazing is compliant with the ordinance. Appellant disputes the $25,962.89 in assessed fees largely and inappropriately incurred by the City to address the window glazing non-issue.
