Move to approve cancellation of the December 27, 2022 regular City Council meeting.

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The City Council traditionally cancels the second council meeting in December to allow for a vacation period during the holiday season. Should the Council wish to cancel the regular City Council meeting scheduled to be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 (due to Monday, December 26, 2022 falling on an observed City holiday), the next regularly scheduled council meeting will be Monday, January 9, 2023.
