NOTICE OF COMPLETION
CITY OF PACIFICA
FOR THE PACIFICA PUBLIC WORKS NEW OFFICE PROJECT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California, by Lisa Petersen, City Engineer of the City of Pacifica, California, that the contract awarded to BEAM Construction, Inc. on February 28, 2022, has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications for said work filed with the City Clerk, and approved by the City Council of said City.
That said work and improvements were actually completed on the 16th day of November 2022 and that acceptance of completion of said work was ordered by the City Council of said City, adopted on the 9
th day of January 2023, and that the name of the surety on the contractor's bond for labor and materials on said project is Old Republic Surety Company.
That said work consists, generally of a new office, upgrades to the public counter and bathrooms, new code compliant ingress/egress doors and other miscellaneous work.
