Move to approve attached lists of disbursements for 11/16/22 through 12/31/22.

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
Staff has submitted the following disbursements for Council approval:
• Disbursements dated 11/16/22 through 11/30/22 are in the amount of $1,902,439.07 (Attachment 1).
• Disbursements dated 12/1/22 through 12/31/22 are in the amount of $3,002,366.54 (Attachment 2).
Future disbursement reports will be submitted at the first City Council Meeting of each month and will contain reports representing the previous month's disbursement.
FISCAL IMPACT:
These disbursements are within budgeted appropriations.
