Description of Work
Work Scope:
Furnish and install (1) 8x10 portable cooler unit for the duration of 2 weeks and connect to shore power from building. Includes temporary cabling and 30 amp breaker at the panel.
Furnish and install (1) 8x10 portable freezer unit for the duration of 2 weeks and connect to shore power from building.
Includes temporary cabling and 30 amp breaker at panel.
Demolish and disposal of freezer and cooler. Includes recovery of refrigerant, removal of equipment, removal of electrical circuits, removal of cooler and freezer walls, floors, and ceilings.
Furnish and install new freezer and cooler box. Includes new freezer equipment, cooler equipment, all connected refrigerant piping, all plumbing, all electrical to existing circuits, new epoxy floors in cooler, new coving for cooler floors to 4" above floor, and insulated flooring in freezer. (Please see attachments for detailed information).
Specific Exclusions:
a. All structural engineering and/or support work required to accommodate mechanical equipment. b. Survey, repairs, and/or modifications to existing HVAC system other than those specifically included. c. All work associated with hazardous materials (lead, asbestos, etc.) d. All upgrades including power, 120V wiring, conduit, disconnect switches, motor starters, interlock wiring of smoke fire dampers, smoke detectors, and smoke detector wiring.
e. All cutting, coring, patching, painting, roofing, etc. f. All permits, labor to obtain permit, and fees

Access to Client's Premises
The Client accepts to provide the Contractor with sufficient access to the premises where services are being performed on the date that work is scheduled.

The Contractor accepts to keep the premises clean and orderly and to remove all debris from the premises as needed during the work hours.
Termination
Either party may terminate this contract if any party fails to perform any of its obligations under this contract with a 30-day written notice Limitation of Liability
In no event shall either Party be liable to the other party or any third party for any damages or any special, indirect, or consequential damages, that might result from any part of this Contract such as, but not limited to, loss of profit, revenue, or failure in the delivery of Services.
Hours of Operation
Unless otherwise specified, all work agreed upon in this contract will be conducted during our business hours which are 7:00am-4:00pm. If contract work needs to be performed outside business hours overtime rates will apply.
Payment Options & Terms
Payments may be made via check or Credit Card (In person, over the phone or online). All clients are required to pay in full within 30 days of receiving the completed invoice. A 1.5% late fee will be applied to the invoice every 30 days the payment is overdue. At 90 days overdue the invoice will be sent to collections.
