A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PACIFICA
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONSULTANT SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH DYETT & BHATIA URBAN AND REGIONAL PLANNERS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW AND RELATED SERVICES.
________________________________________________________________________ WHEREAS, consistent with the City of Pacifica’s Purchasing Policy (Administrative Policy No. 76), the City Council of the City of Pacifica has considered the City Manager’s recommendation to enter into an agreement with Dyett & Bhatia Urban and Regional Planners (“Consultant”) for environmental review and related services for the 2023-2031 Housing Element Rezoning Environmental Impact Report (EIR).
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pacifica to authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement with Consultant with a cost ceiling amount not to exceed $218,203 ($198,366 base cost plus 10% contingency). * * * * *
