NOTICE OF COMPLETION
CITY OF PACIFICA
FOR THE NORTH PACIFICA PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California, by Roland Yip, City Engineer of the City of Pacifica, California, that the contract awarded to Casey Construction Inc. on September 26, 2022, has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications for said work filed with the City Clerk, and approved by the City Council of said City.
That said work and improvements were actually completed on the 29th day of May 2023 and that acceptance of completion of said work was ordered by the City Council of said City, adopted on the 14th day of August 2023, and that the name of the surety on the contractor's bond for labor and materials on said project is Harco National Insurance Company.
That said work consists, generally of new 2-inch natural gas service line, gas line trenching, and bellhole pit for PG&E tie in to existing gas main, and other miscellaneous work.
