NOTICE OF COMPLETION
Notice PURSUANT TO Civil Code Section 3093
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Pacifica, the undersigned, agent for the owners of the certain lots, pieces, and/or, parcel or parcels of land situated in San Mateo County, State of California, commonly referred to as The Calera Creek Water Recycling Plant.
That the City of Pacifica as owner of portions of said land and agent for the owner of the remaining portions of said land, did, on the 15th day of September, 2020, enter into a contract with the original consultant whose name is Verdant Project Management, LLC dba Verdant Energy Electric (Verdant). for the work done and / or materials furnished under the contract as follows The Calera Creek Water Recycling Plant Photovoltaic System Improvement Project – Phase 1 upon the lands above described.
On the 28th day of February 2023 the above-referenced contract or work of improvement, as a whole, was actually completed by Verdant.
