Move to approve cancellation of the December 27, 2023 regular City Council meeting.

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The City Council traditionally cancels the second council meeting in December to allow for a vacation period during the holiday season. Should the Council wish to cancel the regular City Council meeting scheduled to be held on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 (due to Monday, December 25, 2023 and Tuesday, December 26, 2023 falling on observed City holidays), the next regularly scheduled council meeting following the cancelled meeting will be Monday, January 8, 2024.
