Guide to revisions made between December 8, 2023 Public Review Draft, and January 22, 2024 Adoption Draft
The following revisions were made to the draft between the December 8, 2023 Public Review Draft and the January 22, 2024 Adoption Draft. The changes below are reflected in the January 22 Draft, and are also described below to highlight any revisions.
1. Table 1: Table 1 included the correct numerical counts for Extremely Low-Income and Very Low Income, however the corresponding percentages were incorrect and have been updated.
2. Tables 2, 4, F-2, F-9, and F-10: The Approved Projects entry in Table 2 contained a typo and has been increased by four units from 163 to 167 Above Moderate-Income Units.
This change required a corresponding change of an additional four units throughout Tables 2, 4, F-2, and F-9.
3. Figures F-9 and Figure F-10: The two figures have been revised to conform with the graphic conventions used elsewhere in the appendix.
4. Table F-10: The parcel designated as APN 016-251-010 was erroneously included with Site 6 and has been removed.
5. An additional three columns of data were added to Table F-4 as follows: Site Size in Acres; Affordable Units; and, Notes. The data now included previously was shown elsewhere within the document or was the backup data for other tables in the element and is now included together as part of an expanded Table F-4 and the corresponding narrative was updated.
6. The last sentence of Program HE-I-14 (8) was revised to reflect adoption of the Emergency Shelter Ordinance and now reads: “To implement this, Ordinance No. 894- C.S. was adopted on December 11, 2023, and is effective for areas outside the coastal zone on January 10, 2024”
7. Additional minor typographical corrections and formatting changes were also made.
These include:
A. A typo to the penultimate sentence prior to Table 5 within Section 12. 2023-2031 Programs.
B. A typo on P. F-9, first bullet point.
C. Section titles in the margin of Appendix C were corrected.
