NOTICE OF COMPLETION
CITY OF PACIFICA
FOR THE COMMUNITY CENTER ROOF COATING PROJECT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California, by Roland Yip, City Engineer of the City of Pacifica, California, that the contract awarded to Pacific Polymers Inc. dba American Foam Experts on June 26, 2023, has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications for said work filed with the City Clerk, and approved by the City Council of said City.
That said work and improvements were actually completed on the 2 nd day of January
2024 and that acceptance of completion of said work was ordered by the City Council of said City, adopted on the 22nd day of January 2024, and that the name of the surety on the contractor's bond for labor and materials on said project is Western National Mutual Insurance Company.
That said work consists, generally of coating the roof of the City of Pacifica’s Community Center and other miscellaneous work.
