MASTER AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES
AMENDMENT NO. 1
This AMENDMENT NUMBER 1 is entered into as of the 31st day of January 2023 NCE hereinafter called the
RECITALS
A. WHEREAS, City and Consultant entered into a Master Agreement for Consultant Services on October 25, 2021, for civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, pavement engineering, landscape architecture, biological resources, and water resources consultant B. WHEREAS the Master Agreement identified an end of term date in Section 3.1 as December 31, 2022; and
C. WHEREAS, the Parties desire to extend that date to December 31, 2023.
AGREEMENT
A. Amendment. The Parties agree that the Master Agreement shall be amended as set forth below.
1. Section 3.1 Effective Date . This Agreement shall become effective upon execution of the second signature and shall remain in full force and effect until be extended for successive one-year term(s) upon mutual, written approval by the City Manager or his/her designee and Consultant. Work authorized by a Task Order shall be performed in accordance with the schedule set forth in the Task Order.
2. Agreement in Effect. All other provisions of the original Master Agreement, except as amended herein, shall remain in full force and effect. [Signatures on Next Page]
