A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PACIFICA AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE CONSULTANT SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH DYETT & BHATIA URBAN AND REGIONAL PLANNERS FOR
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW AND RELATED SERVICES
______________________________________________________________________ WHEREAS, consistent with the City of Pacifica’s Purchasing Policy (Administrative Policy No. 76), the City of Pacifica entered into an agreement with Dyett & Bhatia Urban and Regional Planners for environmental review and related services in May 2023; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pacifica has considered the City Manager’s recommendation to approve a first amendment to the City’s agreement with Dyett & Bhatia Urban and Regional Planners for environmental review and related services on June 10, 2024; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pacifica to authorize the City Manager to amend the agreement with Dyett & Bhatia Urban and Regional Planners for the purpose of increasing the cost ceiling by $44,459 with a total contract amount not to exceed $262,662 and to extend the term of the agreement to June 30, 2026. * * * * *
