NOTICE OF COMPLETION
CITY OF PACIFICA
FOR THE MID-BLOCK CROSSWALK SAFETY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California, by Roland Yip, City Engineer of the City of Pacifica, California, that the contract awarded to Zara Construction on April 8, 2024, has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications filed with the City Clerk, and approved by the City Council of the City of Pacifica.
The work and improvements were completed on the 26thth day of July, 2024 and acceptance of completion of the work was adopted by the City Council of the City of Pacifica on the 12th day of August 2024.The name of the surety on the contractor's bond for labor and materials on the project is United Surety Insurance Company.
That said work consists of enhancing crosswalks near four schools by adding high visibility striping, signage, painted bulb-outs with vertical delineators, flashing solarpowered beacons, and new curb ramps.
