NOTICE OF COMPLETION
CITY OF PACIFICA
FOR THE FY 2024-25 SIDEWALK, CURBS, AND ADA RAMPS IMPROVEMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California, by Roland Yip, City Engineer of the City of Pacifica, California, that the contract awarded to RK Engineering Inc. on April 8, 2024, has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications for said work filed with the City Clerk, and approved by the City Council of said City.
That said work and improvements were actually completed on the 5th day of July 2024 and that acceptance of completion of said work was ordered by the City Council of said City, adopted on the 23rd day of September 2024, and that the name of the surety on the contractor's bond for labor and materials on said project is Endurance Assurance Corporation.
That said work consists, generally of concrete curb ramps, sidewalk, curb and gutter and other miscellaneous work.
