Move to approve the minutes for the following meetings:
(1) September 23, 2024 City Council Special and Regular Meeting (Attachment A); (2) October 14, 2024 City Council Special and Regular Meeting (Attachment B); (3) November 12, 2024 City Council Special and Regular Meeting (Attachment C); (4) November 18, 2024 City Council Special Meeting (Attachment D); and the (5) November 25, 2024 City Council Special and Regular Meeting (Attachment E). *Note that the October 28, 2024 City Council Special and Regular Meeting minutes were approved by City Council at the meeting held on November 25, 2024.
