NOTICE OF COMPLETION
CITY OF PACIFICA
FOR THE ANZA PUMP STATION REPAIR PROJECT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California, by Louis Sun, Deputy Public Works Director - Wastewater Division of the City of Pacifica, California, that the contract awarded to D.W. Nicholson on February 28, 2022, has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications for said work filed with the City Clerk, and approved by the City Council of said City.
That said work and improvements were actually completed on the 20th day of December 2024 and that acceptance of completion of said work was ordered by the City Council of said City, adopted on the March 10, 2025, and that the name of the surety on the contractor's bond for labor and materials on said project is Western Surety Company.
That said work consists, generally of providing a complete stormwater pump station including the installation of engine-driven pumps, mechanical, structural, electrical, instrumentation and controls improvements.
