NOTICE OF COMPLETION
CITY OF PACIFICA
FOR THE ESPLANADE & PALMETTO BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California, by Roland Yip, City Engineer of the City of Pacifica, California, that the contract awarded to DRYCO Construction, Inc. on January 13, 2025, has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications for said work filed with the City Clerk, and approved by the City Council of said City.
That said work and improvements were actually completed on the 22nd day of September 2025 and that acceptance of completion of said work was ordered by the City Council of said City, adopted on the 27th day of October 2025, and that the name of the surety on the contractor's bond for labor and materials on said project is Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America.
That said work consists generally of the installation of curb ramps, RRFBs, pavement resurfacing, roadway & bike lane striping, and other associated bicycle and pedestrian improvements.
