NOTICE OF COMPLETION
CITY OF PACIFICA
FOR THE SHARP PARK PDA PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California, by Roland Yip, City Engineer of the City of Pacifica, California, that the contract awarded to JJR Construction Inc. on January 13, 2025, has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications for said work filed with the City Clerk, and approved by the City Council of said City.
That said work and improvements were actually completed on the 18th day of September 2025 and that acceptance of completion of said work was ordered by the City Council of said City, adopted on the 27
th day of October 2025, and that the name of the surety on the contractor's bond for labor and materials on said project is Great American Insurance Company.
That said work consists, generally of concrete curb ramps, driveways, sidewalk, curb and gutter and other miscellaneous work.
