BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
Staff has submitted the following Monthly Check Register Report per California Government Code, Title 4, Division 3, Part 3, Chapter 3, Section 41004:
Disbursements dated 12/01/25 through 12/31/25 are in the amount of $3,132,646.96 (Attachment 1).
RELATION TO CITY COUNCIL GOALS AND WORK PLAN:
Approval of Monthly Check Register Report is consistent with the following Council adopted Goals:
• Enhance organizational and fiscal stability: Preparation of the Monthly Check Register Report supports sound financial oversight, transparency, and adherence to adopted fiscal controls.
• Broaden public communications and collaboration: Filing of the Monthly Check Register Report promotes transparency and accountability in City financial operations.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact associated with acceptance of the Monthly Check Register Report.
